WIT Return Policy

 

• Prior to returning any product, you MUST contact WISE InfoTech (WIT) to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. In order for WIT to properly assist you with your RMA needs, additional detail may be requested from you.

• Your RMA number MUST be clearly marked on the outside of the return box. Returned products with no RMA number visible on the box may be returned to the customer and the handling of the RMA request may be delayed.

• You agree to prepay shipping charges for returned products and properly insure the shipment, or otherwise accept the risk of loss or damage during shipment. WIT will ship the repaired or replacement products freight prepaid to your address located in the continental U.S.

• Returned product must be sent in its original package. No RMA will be accepted if the product that has been abused, improperly used, or altered without WIT’s authorization, and any such product will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.

• You may request an RMA number online or by fax using the downloadable RMA Request Form.

WIT Warranty Policy

 

• Physical damage of any kind is NOT covered under warranty.

• Original product warranty as provided by the manufacturers will be passed through or assigned to our customers. Extended warranty (2- or 3-year warranty) for computer systems or server is available and can be purchased for additional cost. For questions or more detail on any of the manufacturer warranty policy, please contact one of our sales or customer support representatives.

• Please note that the original manufacturer warranty may be voided if the products are damaged due to misuse, abuse, negligence or modification by any party other than the manufacturer.

• DOA is defined as “a product that is found to be defective upon its arrival at the customer’s site and is returned within 15 days of original invoice”. All DOA products are subject to exchange or replacement within two weeks of return receipt. Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required for all returns.
